Ms. Fraser practices in the areas of family law involving issues of divorce, child custody, parenting time, child support, equitable distribution, domestic violence, palimony and international child abduction. In 1996 Ms. Fraser was a legal intern to the Honorable Linda R. Feinberg, the Presiding Judge of the Family Division in the Mercer County Superior Court. In 1997 she served as a legal intern to the United States Attorney's Office in their Civil and Criminal Divisions. From 1998 to 1999 she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Maryanne K. Bielamowicz, a judge of the Family Division in the Mercer County Superior Court. From 1999 until 2004 Ms. Fraser was an associate with the law firm of Mason, Griffin & Pierson, P.C., where she continued to emphasize in family and criminal law and various types of litigation.
Ms. Fraser has been successful under the Hague Convention in obtaining the return of children abducted to Australia and other international locations. As a result she was invited to participate in the International Child Abduction Attorney Network (ICAAN) an International Division of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that selects attorneys to participate in pro bono representation of cases involving international child abduction. As a member of ICAAN, in 2004 Ms. Fraser was again successful in a Hague Convention application for the return of an abducted child. In recognition for her commitment to the protection of children and knowledge of the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, Ms. Fraser presented with an Award of Merit from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Ms. Fraser serves as an Early Settlement Panelist in Hunterdon County. She has participated in charitable endeavors with Womanspace (a domestic violence organization), the Princeton YWCA, Habitat for Humanity (The Women Build Project), and Angels' Wings (an organization for children placed in foster care).
