Platania, Joseph A.

Kerry Fowler has represented clients in commercial litigation matters involving product liability, health care, antitrust, fraud, securities, contract, and business torts. She has represented clients in state and federal courts throughout the United States, and her pretrial experience includes all forms of discovery and motion practice. She also has considerable corporate law experience and spent three years prior to law school as a legal analyst for Kaufman and Broad Home Corporation specializing in corporate governance and government affairs.

Kerry is a member of the State Bar of California and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.
