Pitts, Marshall B.

Sammy Fowler has more than 35 years of legal experience and is committed and successful in fighting for the rights and interests of victims of accidents, workplace injuries, products liability, premise liability and other serious and catastrophic cases. In the past 35 years, Mr. Fowler has obtained numerous judgments and settlements in favor of his clients.  Sammy’s preparation, knowledge of law and experience make him a valuable asset to his clients who are seeking expert legal advice.  Sammy was born and raised in Warm Springs, Georgia, received his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology.  Sammy worked for Georgia Power and General Electric in Engineering and Merrill Lynch as an investment advisor.  After serving in the United States Army, he attended the University of Georgia School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor Degree.

Sammy began his legal career in Washington, Georgia before joining a firm in Thomson, Georgia then venturing out in 1994 to open his own law firm of Fowler & Wills, L.L.C. in Thomson with his law partner, John P. Wills.  He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the Toombs Circuit Bar Association.  Over the course of his career, Sammy has represented McDuffie and Glascock Counties, the City of Warrenton and First Bank of Georgia, along with his domestic relations clients and personal injury practice but has now limited his practice to his passion for helping injury victims recover from those who caused their suffering.

Besides his practice of law, Mr. Fowler enjoys golfing, spending time with his family and being active in the Community.
