An Equity Member of the firm since 1980, Dorn attended Wake Forest University, receiving his BBA degree in Business Administration in 1971 and his Masters in Business Administration in 1973. Dorn also obtained his Law degree from Wake Forest University in 1977. Dorn has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant since 1973 and lectures frequently on business and taxation topics. He is also a member of the Business Law and Intellectual Property Sections of the North Carolina Bar Association.
Dorn's domestic and international clients represent a broad spectrum of industries. For more than 25 years, Dorn has assisted his clients in transactional and business matters, including contracts, financing, taxation, acquisitions, succession planning, and sales and mergers of ongoing businesses.
