AA Primo Builders, LLC v. Bertral Washington, 126 Nev. Adv. Op. No. 53 (2010, Supreme Court of Nevada) Ms. Pintar successfully argued that the dismissal of a lawsuit was wrong after AA Primo Buildeers, LLC failed to maintain a current Secretary of State filing.
Reported Verdicts:
Tour Company Wins After Claiming Lost Profits From Bus Accident, 2005 WL 1969010, Ryan's Express Transportation Services v. Superior Tour Service, (Nev.Dist.Ct. Jun 02, 2005) (NO./A457159). Ms. Pintar successfully litigated a lawsuit for lost profits for a company that lost the use of a tour bus after an accident.
