Pinnock, Duane L.

I was raised in the Minooka section of Scranton, and attended church and elementary school at St. Mary's of Czestochowa in Moosic.  I am a graduate of Scranton Central High School and received my Bachelor of Arts degree from Marywood University and my Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, PA.

I was an Assistant District Attorney in Lackawanna County for over five years where I was on the planning committee for the annual Prom Safety Fair and numerous other events within the DUI and Auto Theft Units.  I served as the District Attorney's Office liaison to Mental Health Court and I was a member of the prosecution units for DUI's, Auto Theft, Insurance Fraud, and Drug cases.  I also served as an adjunct professor of both Criminal Law and Constitutional Law and member of the curriculum planning committee at McCann School of Business.

I am a member of the Old Forge Lions Club having held the position of Recording Secretary.  I reside in Old Forge with my wife and daughter.
