Diane Crosier is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University (B.S.; 1988) and University of Tennessee College of Law (J.D.; 1991).
After receiving her law license, Diane joined the 21st Judicial District Public Defender's Office as a trial counsel. She tried numerous cases in both Juvenile and Circuit Court and also appeared and successfully argued cases before the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals. After gaining extensive courtroom experience, she entered private practice in 2001, concentrating her practice in family law, criminal law and personal injury. While the majority of her trial practice is in Williamson County, Diane also represents her clients in the courts of Davidson, Rutherford and Maury Counties.
After distinguishing herself as a trial attorney, Diane joined the law firm of Hartzog & Silva, PLC of counsel, in July of 2008.
Diane is listed as a Rule 31 family mediator by the Tennessee Supreme Court. She is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Williamson County Bar Association and is a member of the John Marshall Inns of Court.
Diane is married to Steve, who is the Director of Food Division with the Metro Health Department. They live here in Franklin with their two children, Hayley and Brooks. Diane is an avid runner and she and her husband spend time bicycling together. She serves as President for Girls on the Run, a non-profit organization that provides after-school programs for 3rd through 6th grade girls.
