Attorney Eran S. Forster was born and raised in Southern California. Like any other teenager in the Los Angeles Unified School District, Eran met a lot of friends and acquaintances who, while good people, had run-ins with the law, and/or school rules. Having a passion to help friends, Eran learned these rules, and tried to help friends out when they got in trouble.
After high school, Eran attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV). Knowing that he wanted to be an attorney, Eran chose classes dealing with criminal law. Eran successfully completed his bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice.
Upon graduating from UNLV, Eran went to Thomas Jefferson School of Law (TJSL) in sunny San Diego. While in law school, most of his friends' needs changed, and Eran found himself helping others with family law matters, mostly with child support and visitation. Eran noticed how emotional and intense a break-up could be, especially when children were involved. Eran took it upon himself to pay special attention to these types of matters, understanding the emotional toll it took upon his friends.
As a Certified Law Clerk for the State of California and Nevada, Eran continued his passion for matters involving Family and Criminal Law. There, Eran worked for the United States Attorney's Office (USAO) for the District of Nevada. Eran was assigned to the Drug Task Force, where he honed his court skills and worked on Federal misdemeanor drug offenses and violations of probation. Eran subsequently worked for Veterans Legal Assistance Clinic, where he helped veterans who could not afford legal representation. These matters were mostly limited to Family and Military law.
Upon Graduating with his Juris Doctor, Eran was admitted to the Nevada State Bar. Due to the changing economy, and that Eran's father is a legal expert in Real Estate, Eran practiced Real Estate Law - helping distressed homeowners, landlords & tenants, and home buyers with their legal needs. Subsequently, Eran was hired as in-house counsel for a major Real Estate and Development Company in Southern California. Now working in California, Eran took and passed the California State Bar.
However, Eran's passion was still family and criminal law. Eran had some conversations with a long and trusted friend he met while clerking with the USAO, Mr. Lonnie McDowell, and joined his firm, returning to the practice areas he loves and enjoys.
