Piering, Robert Allen

Jason Cromey received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Auburn University and subsquently graduated wtih his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law.  After graduating from law school Jason began his legal career working for the public defender's office in West Palm Beach, Florida. 

After rising through the ranks of the office, ending as a Felony Division Supervisor, Jason and his family moved to the panhandle of Florida, settling in Pensacola.  Jason joined the public defender's office in Pensacola as the Misdemeanor Chief, Director of Training and Recruitment, and as one of the office's only Death Penalty lawyers.
During the past few years Jason has developed his Appellate and Post Conviction practice, appealing cases from County to Circuit court, the 4th District Court of Appeals, the 1st District Court of Appeals, and authoring briefs to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals and the Alabama Supreme Court. 

After representing thousands of clients in criminal cases throughout Florida and lower Alabama, Jason opened his office on the corner of 12th Avenue and Cervantes, in the historic Pensacola neighborhood of East Hill.
