Phillips, William Dennis

Jeffery P. Phillips joined Krekeler Strother, S.C., in 2011, after gaining experience working in Madison as a consumer bankruptcy attorney at another private law firm. Mr. Phillips principally practices bankruptcy law, and has filed over 500 bankruptcy cases under Chapters 7 and 13 of the bankruptcy code. He represents both creditors and debtors in Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 proceedings across the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, as well as in the Northern District of Illinois.
