Braid Pezzaglia is an associate with Hinkle, Jachimowicz, Pointer & Emanuel since 1998. He practices all aspects of civil litigation, from the initial case evaluation, to case strategy and work-up, drafting, responding and evaluating pleadings, conducting written and oral discovery, arbitration and/or mediation, trial presentation, appellate practice, writ practice, the collection of judgments, the strategic structuring of settlements, and when necessary, the compromise of liens. Mr. Pezzaglia provides consultation on the more esoteric, complicated, and involved issues within the firm's practice. He provides guidance, resource, and on occasion, levity to the firm's Partners, Associates, Staff, and Friends.
Mr. Pezzaglia is a graduate of the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. His undergraduate Bachelors of Science is from the University of California, at Riverside. He studied comparative fundamental principles between the United States and the European Union, at the University of Salzburg, Austria, by U.S. Supreme Court Justice Anthony M. Kennedy. Additionally, he interned in London at the Inns of Court.
Mr. Pezzaglia is native to the San Francisco Bay Area. He is married and has a wonderful four year-old daughter. In his free time, Mr. Pezzaglia enjoys spending time with his family, finding new and interesting foods and restaurants, golfing the local links, and rooting for our local San Jose Sharks and Giants.
