Clark Petschek is a counsel in the Corporate Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2003.
Practice
Mr. Petschek has represented public and private companies in connection with a broad range of corporate transactions, including private and public offerings of stock and debt, mergers and acquisitions. A significant portion of his practice consists of counseling public companies on ongoing corporate legal matters, including federal securities reporting requirements and corporate governance issues.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Petschek served as an officer in the US Army Infantry and Special Forces.

- Represented Casella Waste Systems in its $180 million Rule 144A debt offering
- Represented Global BPO Services in its initial public offering and its acquisition of Stream Holdings
- Represented Airvana in its initial public offering
- Represented IDEXX Laboratories in its acquisition of the Critical Care Diagnostics business of Osmetech
- Represented Alnylam Pharmaceuticals in its follow-on offering and a strategic investment by Roche
- Represented Tokai Pharmaceuticals, NitroSecurity, Virdante Pharmaceuticals and other private companies in various venture capital financings
Community Involvement
- Mr. Petschek served on the Town of Reading Zoning Board of Appeals.
