Ken Crane focuses his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital financing, entity formation, joint venture negotiation and general corporate counseling. He has structured, negotiated, supervised and closed many financing and capital raising transactions, including private placements, convertible security investments, secured and mezzanine loan facilities, project finance, workouts, reorganizations and negotiation of intercreditor relationships. In addition, he counsels clients in corporate lending and management as well as shareholder disputes. Ken has extensive transactional experience in Eastern Europe and China.
