Georgia S. Foerstner graduated magna cum laude from Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board of Governors and Editor of the Cleveland State Law Review. Ms. Foerstner has represented clients in a variety of matters, including insurance coverage, bad faith, property insurance subrogation, liability defense and immigration. She is a partner in the firm's New Jersey office and focuses her practice on complex insurance coverage litigation and bad faith disputes for surplus lines insurers throughout the United States. She handles a variety of first and third-party coverage disputes, and the defense of first- and third-party insurance litigation. In addition to trial and appellate experience, Ms. Foerstner regularly represents clients in alternative dispute forums as a way to successfully and economically resolve cases for them.
