Carl Peterson is an associate attorney at Patrick Burns & Associates. Mr. Peterson practices in the areas of civil litigation, family law, and mortgage modifications.

Mr. Peterson has litigated against numerous banks and businesses. Mr. Peterson has also helped his clients secure favorable mortgage loan modifications.

Mr. Peterson is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, where he served as a staff member on the Minnesota Law Review. Mr. Peterson interned with a federal judge in law school and subsequently clerked for Judge John McShane in Hennepin County and Judge Vicki Landwehr in Stearns County.

Mr. Peterson is married and lives with his wife in Columbia Heights.
