Kate Fitzpatrick is a senior associate in the Securities Department, and a member of the Securities Litigation and Enforcement Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2008.
Past Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Fitzpatrick was an associate at another firm in New York, where she worked on litigation matters with a focus on securities class actions.
During law school, Ms. Fitzpatrick completed an internship with the Cornell Law School Legal Aid Clinic, where she represented low-income clients in unemployment, Social Security benefits and family law matters.
Prior to beginning her legal studies, Ms. Fitzpatrick worked in Prague, in the Czech Republic.
