Warren E. Peterson, a graduate of William Mitchell College of Law, is a shareholder, director and president of Peterson, Fram & Bergman, P.A. Mr. Peterson has extensive experience in many areas of law; however, at this time his areas of practice are primarily estate planning, trust, probate, business entity formation and commercial real state matters.
Mr. Peterson earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration for the University of St. Thomas. Upon Graduation from law school, he clerked in the Minnesota Supreme Court, was a Special Assistant Attorney General, Assistant Ramsey County Attorney and Chief Public Defender for Ramsey County. As a result of his extensive and varied background, he has extensive litigation experience.
Athletics have been a dominant part of his live. He played on a State High School Hockey Championship team and was co-captain of his college hockey team. He later played competitive tennis and now spends his time trying to figure out how to keep a golf ball in play. In addition to his golfing activities, he enjoys reading and analyzing the securities markets. He is married and has two children, who live in Los Angeles, and one grandchild.
