Attorney Peck has worked on a number of cases including foreclosure defense, assault & battery, collection of debts, construction law cases, guardianship cases and family law cases. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in chemistry from Eastern Nazarene College, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Bentley University and a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in Boston. He is pursuing at night a PHD from Walden University in Public Policy Administration. He is licensed in the Massachusetts state and Federal Courts. He and his family live in Braintree, Mass and he summers in Plymouth Mass.
