Kirk Pelikan is a member of the firm's Labor and Employment Practice Group in the Milwaukee Office. Mr. Pelikan represents and advises clients regarding employee benefits issues related to defined benefit plans, defined contribution plans, and welfare benefit plans, including ERISA withdrawal liability, COBRA, HIPAA compliance, family and medical leave, and excess liability coverage. He represents clients in employment issues including workplace discrimination, return to work and accommodation, worker's compensation, and handbooks.
