Pederson, Bradley A.

Brad Pederson is a member of Maslon's Business & Securities Group, focusing his practice primarily in mergers & acquisitions, securities, corporate finance, and general corporate matters.

Brad is a magna cum laude graduate of Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, and earned his bachelor's degree, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota.  In 2007, Brad attended the Comparative and International Law Center in London, U.K., focusing his legal education on U.S. and international business law.
