Background
Henry Paul has been an attorney in the Milwaukee metropolitan area since 1972. A lifelong resident of Wisconsin; Born and raised in Milwaukee, he attended the Milwaukee Public schools and graduated form Milwaukee Washington HS in 1965. He then attended Carthage College graduating with honors in 1969. After being admitted to several law schools he decided to attend Marquette and began his studies there in 1969 and graduated in 1972.
Henry is married with four grown children. He has been involved in the Boy Scout scouting program most of his life, as well as the sport of wrestling; Refereed high school wrestling from 1972 to 2002; coached grade school basketball, Coached a college club wrestling team to four consecutive championships, and been an assistant high school wrestling coach from 1996 to 2002. He has held a real estate brokers license since 1968 and was active in the brokerage of real estate through the early 1980's. Past experience has included working in the trades as a carpenter, mason, painter, and plumbing trades.
His focus while practicing law for the past 39 years has been real estate law and many of its sub areas especially in the area of residential landlord tenant problems, real estate offers to purchase for residential, investment and commercial property and closing connected with the purchase and financing of these transactions. In addition he is well known at the register in probate's office and has a substantial probate, and estate planning practice.
Henry's Administrative assistant for the last 10 years is Angela. Angela is very familiar with Henry's practice and can assist you in setting up an appointment to meet him, or discuss any legal questions that you may have.
In 1998 Henry received the Volunteer Lawyer of the Year award from Legal Action of Wisconsin at a luncheon at the Wisconsin Club of Milwaukee in recognition of over 10 years of volunteer and pro bono service to persons who could not afford an attorney.
In 2009 Henry was elected president of the Milwaukee Serra Club whose purpose it is to promote religious vocations and meets bi-monthly at Marquette University.
Philosophy
Henry believes in painstaking preparation for each matter he handles and analyzes the matter so that any downside can usually be anticipated.
