Pearce, Charlie

Charlie Pearce is an attorney with Hood & Barnett, PLLC. Charles relocated to Northwest Arkansas in 1992 from Magnolia, Arkansas. He is a graduate of the University Of Arkansas School Of Law, a member of state and local bar associations, and he practiced as a Rule XV Attorney while still a student. As a single parent and business owner prior to becoming an attorney, he garnered life experience that gives him a perspective from outside the legal realm he can use to your advantage.

Cases Charlie has handled include a wide variety of criminal and civil issues such as DWI/DUI cases including jury trials, felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile criminal defense, pardon applications, divorce and child custody, bankruptcies, contract disputes, property and easement questions, landlord-tenant actions, and wills and trusts. He is certified as an attorney ad litem in child custody cases where he is appointed by the courts to represent the best interests of the children involved. While his practice areas have been broad, his dedication to his clients, their goals, and the law is very focused.
