Gina Pearson is a principal and a founding member of the Over the Mountain Law Center, LLC. A Homewood resident since she was 8 years old, Gina considers establishing a consumer oriented firm in her beloved hometown one of her biggest accomplishments. She looks forward to serving her clients and solving their legal problems.
In opening the Law Center, Gina has determined to focus on clients in need of debt relief, a common problem in today’s society. Her past 13 years of legal experience has included representing and advising insurance companies, public corporations and privately held companies in medical malpractice litigation. She has prepared numerous cases for trial and mediation in both state and federal courts.
