Payne, Michael D.

Attorney Gary Payne is the firm's Risk Management Director and In-House Ethics Counsel. He graduated cum laude from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in Highland Heights, Kentucky and received his undergraduate degree from Southeastern College of the Assemblies of God in Lakeland, Florida, where he graduated summa cum laude as a co-valedictorian.

While at law school, Gary was a member and clerk of the moot court, and a member of the National Trial Advocacy Team. He received honors of the "Best Oralist" in the Gilbert A. Bettman Intramural Moot Court Competition, and other awards such as the "CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trial Advocacy" and the "Anderson Publishing Company Book Award for Scholastic Excellence in Trial Advocacy."
