Michelle Fenty is an of counsel to the firm. Her practice emphasizes business counseling, commercial transactions, e-commerce and Internet, intellectual property, international business and licensing and technology business transactions. She has extensive experience drafting and negotiating domestic and international technology agreements, including software development, IP licensing, reselling, sub-licensing, consulting, systems integration and e-commerce. Michelle also handles corporate transactions, including Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Non Disclosure Agreements, RFP/RFQs, Joint Development Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Referral Agreements, Subcontractor Agreements and Alliance Agreements. She has handled transactions for numerous industries including consumer packaged goods, industrial markets, chemicals and natural resources, retail/wholesale, auto transportation, oil and gas, electronics, software technology, energy, transportation, automotive industry and food service industry. Michelle has also provided general transactional guidance for several U.S.-based Fortune 500 clients who were negotiating technology agreements on behalf of affiliates and/or subsidiaries in foreign countries, as well as foreign clients who were conducting technology transactions within the U.S.
