K.C. Connealy focuses his practice on representing individual employees and groups of employees in class and collective actions including claims for wage theft, violations of employee rights and violations of consumers’ rights.
Mr. Connealy is currently licensed in Kansas and Missouri and has litigated in State and Federal Courts of those jurisdictions as well as being involved in complex multi-district class action litigation. Through his litigation experience, Mr. Connealy has developed a unique skill set in the management and administration of enterprise level electronic discovery involving hundreds of plaintiffs and defendants.
Mr. Connealy is a lifelong resident of Kansas City. He earned his Juris Doctorate and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.
