Bryan Conley is a senior associate in the firm's Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Business Trial Group and the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2006.
Practice
While in law school, Mr. Conley served as a student attorney with the Suffolk Defenders Clinical Program, where he represented clients in a range of proceedings in district court including arraignments, bail hearings, suppression and discovery hearings, pretrial conferences, probation surrender hearings, and trials. He effectively argued for the pre-trial dismissal of cases, won motions to suppress evidence and received favorable pre-trial probation dispositions in matters involving trespass, larceny and possession of class D substances, among others.
In addition to his work with the Suffolk Defenders, Mr. Conley held a summer position at WilmerHale and was a judicial intern for the Honorable Scott L. Kafker of the Massachusetts Appeals Court. He also served on the National Constitutional Law Moot Court, and was captain of the 2006 national championship team.
