Ms. Pastran is a litigation associate whose emphasis is in construction litigation, the representation of credit unions, product liability and general litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Pastran clerked for the Honorable Richard Bosson of the Supreme Court of New Mexico for one year and then entered a civil litigation practice. She graduated in 2001 from Santa Clara University with a BA in Philosophy and received her Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2004. While at the University of San Francisco, Ms. Pastran was a Dean's Scholarship recipient and a senior associate literary editor of the USF Maritime Journal. In 2003 and 2004, as a Frank C. Newman Intern for Human Rights Advocates, Ms. Pastran had the opportunity to attend the United Nations Commission on Human Rights and present oral interventions on the trafficking of women and the rights of the child.
