Ms. Conant is a litigation partner in the firm. She has handled a variety of civil matters from the pre-trial stage through trial and appeal. Ms. Conant's practice has particularly emphasized the litigation of employment, higher education, product liability and personal injury claims.
Before forming Lombardi, Loper & Conant, LLP, Ms. Conant practiced with Hardin, Cook, Loper, Engel & Bergez from 1992 to 1999. Ms. Conant has jury trial experience in both federal and state courts, and has handled numerous bench trials and binding arbitrations.
