Park, Sean P.

Sean grew up in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Ft. Myers, Florida.  After earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Florida, he attended and graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law.  Sean was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1999.  He has since become licensed to practice in the State of Florida.

During law school, Sean was a member of Phi Delta Phi legal honors fraternity, the International Law Society and the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.  He studied at the College of Law's International Law Institute in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and was awarded a comparative and international law certificate for his studies in international law, international business transactions and human rights.  Sean also began pursuing his interest in litigation and the rights of victims, first volunteering with Domestic Violence Intervention Services and then interning with the Tulsa County District Attorney's Office.

During his career as an attorney, Sean has been involved in a wide range of practice areas with an emphasis in litigation.  As an Assistant District Attorney for the Piedmont Judicial Circuit (Barrow, Banks and Jackson Counties), he was lead or co-counsel in the prosecution of cases involving felony drug possession and distribution, domestic violence, driving under the influence and child molestation.  His public service continued where as an Assistant Solicitor General for Forsyth County, he was lead counsel in more than 20 jury trials for offenses including driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, drug possession and misdemeanor domestic violence.  In addition to serving as lead counsel, Sean was primarily responsible for the investigation and prosecution of a monthly caseload of approximately 250 misdemeanor cases.  Sean has had experience with civil trial practice and has devoted his career to helping others.

Sean is admitted to practice in Georgia and Florida.  He will serve the firm in all matters of client advocacy.
