A dedicated trial lawyer on behalf of plaintiffs only, Brendan’s practice focuses exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death cases. He is actively licensed and admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Connecticut (1998) and Massachusetts (2001), and the state courts of Hawaii (2009), and is a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association (CTLA), Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys (MATA), and the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA). He has recovered millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients. Brendan has achieved the highest possible "AV Preeminent" rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the leading peer review rating organization, and was selected to the 2011-2012 Connecticut Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers (no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are named to the Rising Stars list).
