Nick is an Associate with the firm, having joined the organization after graduating from law school in 2010. Prior to joining Cunningham & Chernicoff, P.C., Nick was a law clerk at a local commercial real estate development firm where he negotiated and drafted real estate sales agreements and leases, and gained substantial experience in landlord/tenant matters. While in law school, he spent a semester as a judicial intern with the Honorable J. Wesley Oler, Jr. of the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas.
