Adam D. Palmer is a native Floridian and trial lawyer with offices located in Boca Raton, Florida.
Mr. Palmer's legal practice is dedicated to representing businesses and individuals in a cost-effective and focused manner. His practice involves representation of clients in State and Federal Courts throughout Florida, as well as representation of clients involved in arbitration proceedings before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
More particularly, Mr. Palmer focuses his practice in the following areas: securities arbitration and investment litigation (including FINRA arbitration); business and complex commercial litigation; construction disputes and construction lien litigation; real estate litigation; landlord-tenant and leasing disputes.
Mr. Palmer has been recognized by his peers and colleagues for obtaining many significant seven-figure awards and settlements for investors asserting claims for stock broker misconduct, financial advisor negligence, securities fraud and violations of the Florida Securities and Investor Protection Act (Chapter 517, Florida Statutes).
Mr. Palmer has been awarded an "AV" rating (the highest rating available) from Martindale-Hubbell, the legal industry's preeminent attorney rating service. He has also been honored as a recipient of The Florida Bar President's Pro Bono Service Award and the Palm Beach County Legal Aid Society's Pro Bono Award.
