Paprocki, Andrew J.

Andrew Paprocki is an attorney in the Milwaukee office and a member of the Intellectual Property Law Practice Group. His practice focuses on matters related to U.S. and foreign patent protection for a broad array of technological areas including biomedical, electrical, and computer technologies. Mr. Paprocki's research and development experience prior to joining the firm includes medical image and signal processing, development and testing of medical devices, electronic control system design, bioinformatics, robotic automation for medical research laboratories, and computer software design.

In addition to drafting and prosecuting patent applications, Mr. Paprocki has experience analyzing and advising clients regarding patentability, invalidity, and infringement. He also has experience preparing complex patent portfolios for potential litigation and licensing programs. Mr. Paprocki has assisted major research universities, large corporations, and individual inventors in obtaining, licensing, and enforcing patent rights.
