Pape, Robert J.

Nota Papakonstantinou was born in Toronto Canada in 1970. She is a graduate of the Law School of National Kapodistrian University of Athens with Postgraduate Studies (LLM) in International European and Commercial Law in the University of Kent, UK.

She was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 1995 and has worked ever since as an attorney specialized in Civil Law and mainly the areas of Family, Property and Inheritance Law with extensive experience in dispute resolution, including arbitration, transfer, management and development of real property, including tax related matters, as well as financing through real estate.

She has been with the firm for over ten years, handling matters of Greek Americans in Greece such as family, estate and property, including recognition and enforcement of US judgments in Greece, collection matters as well as matters involving citizenship. She is a member of the permanent second degree arbitration committee for financial disputes resolution of Hellenic Basketball Federation.
