Ms. Everitt's practice concentrates in the areas of real estate transactions and general corporate law.  She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Alabama and Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis.  Ms. Everitt is a member of the Memphis, Tennessee Bar Association.
