Past Experience
During law school, Mr. Ewenstein completed a clerkship with a firm in Washington, DC, where he researched statutory and case law and drafted briefs and memos for ongoing employment law cases. In 2006, he completed an internship with the Government Accountability Project, where he researched and drafted the legal section of a Sarbanes-Oxley compliance handbook and researched and drafted constitutional and statutory analysis for a policy paper on censorship of government scientists.
