Silena Paik is a senior associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department. She joined the firm in 2011.

Past Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Paik was an associate at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP. During her time there, she focused her practice on patent and general commercial litigation. Her practice encompassed all facets of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, settlement, alternative dispute resolution and trials.

Ms. Paik was a researcher for several facilities including the Department of Applied & Engineering Physics at Cornell University, Cornell Nanoscale Science and Technology Facility, the Nanobiotechnology Center, the University of California Department of Physics and the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory at the Advanced Light Source. Her research focused on nano-fabrication and characterization techniques.
