Mr. Evitts maintains a respected general civil litigation practice, focused on the defense of personal injury and workers' compensation actions. Mr. Evitts routinely represents insurance companies at trial in a variety of civil matters. With his background in Public Administration, he has a specialized knowledge and skill base that allows him to successfully counsel and represent employers in complex administrative, management and employment issues.
