Wale Oyejide is an associate in the Litigation Department.
Mr. Oyejide received his J.D. from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law in 2010, where he served as the Managing Editor of the Political & Civil Rights Law Review. His article, "Adding Insult to the Harshest of Injuries: A Critique of the 'Widow Penalty,'" was published by the Political & Civil Rights Law Review Journal in Issue 19. While in law school, Mr. Oyejide also served as a judicial intern for Judge Sheila Woods-Skipper of the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Oyejide is licensed to practice in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
In 2010, Mr. Oyejide was named one of the "Five Best Dressed Real Men in America" by Esquire Magazine. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Oyejide worked as a professional musician and music producer for a number of years. He toured within the United States, and released albums that were met with critical acclaim. Before his music career, Mr. Oyejide received his B.S. in 2002 from Morehouse College.
