Mark's representative chapter 11 debtor matters include: Boscov's Department Store, Chrysler, FLYi/Independence Air, Imperial Home Decor, Laidlaw, Loewen Group (n/k/a the Alderwoods Group), Metaldyne, Montgomery Ward Holding Corp., National Century Financial Enterprises, NationsRent, Performance Transportation Services, Purina Mills, Slater Steel, Tultex, and USG.
Mark also has represented the official committee of retired employees in the chapter 11 cases of Tower Automotive, the official committee of unsecured creditors in the chapter 11 cases of Mercury Finance and MobileMedia Communications, the first lien mortgage lender in the Hotel 71 chapter 11 case, the administrative agent to the pre- and post-petition secured lenders in the National Equipment Services cases, and a large creditor in the chapter 11 cases of Calpine Corporation.
