Tracy Ettinghoff has been practicing law in Orange County since 1985. He graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1976. He earned his J.D. Degree from the Santa Barbara College of Law in 1984.
After working for several insurance defense firms doing litigation, and insurance coverage analysis, he went to work at a medium size firm that specialized in Homeowner Association Law. He worked for five years as an associate and then opened his own practice in 1993.

His office is located in Laguna Niguel and has been providing quality legal services to clients in Orange County continuously since 1993. Mr. Ettinghoff has handled numerous cases through trial, and handles appellate work also.

Mr. Ettinghoff is licensed as a California Real Estate Broker and an attorney. He handles litigation, trials, transactional matters, foreclosures, and all aspects of cases involving real estate. Mr. Ettinghoff is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, and the Community Association Institute.
