In 2003, Josh received his B.A. in history, summa cum laude, from
Lycoming College, and, in 2007, he earned his J.D., cum laude, from
Duquesne University School of Law. Josh served as a staff member of The
Duquesne Law Review during his last two years of law school and attended
law school on a full academic scholarship. After passing the
Pennsylvania Bar Exam in 2007, Josh clerked for three years for Judge
Richard J. Walsh, of the 39th Judicial District of Pennsylvania. In
2010 and 2011, Josh clerked for Judge Christine Donohue of the
Pennsylvania Superior Court before joining Schemery Zicolello. Josh is
admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and in U.S. District Court for the
Middle District of Pennsylvania. Josh is a member of the Pennsylvania
Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Lycoming Law
Association. Josh currently practices social security disability,
workers compensation, civil rights, and personal injury law. Josh grew
up on his parents' dairy farm in Tioga County, Pennsylvania.
