ARTHUR M. OWENS graduated Cum Laude from Seton Hall Law School where he was member of the Seton Hall Law School Legislative Bureau Journal. He served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Clarkson S. Fisher, Jr. of the New Jersey Appellate Division. He is a member of The American Bar Association Section of Litigation; the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Essex County Bar Association.
