Mr. Clayden's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation involving a range of matters in corporate, commercial, securities, employment and construction litigation. In particular, he prepares pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings for state and federal trials and appeals.
Mr. Clayden previously served as a federal judicial law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, where he gained invaluable experience drafting opinions, orders, and memoranda, attending and assisting motions hearings and trials, and managing daily affairs on the civil case docket. He also draws upon his time practicing for an international law firm, where he gained particular experience investigating and litigating federal securities law matters and litigating complex commercial matters.
