Timothy Chirhart, a native of St. Cloud, Minnesota, received his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. John's University in 1971. He graduated from William Mitchell Law School in 1976. Tim was a judicial law clerk for the 6th Judicial District in 1977, and was an Assistant City Attorney for St. Cloud from 1978-1979 before joining Neils, Franz and Chirhart.
Tim is an AV rated attorney with Martindale-Hubble and is an Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association. He is a past Chair of both the St. Cloud Charter Commission and the St. Cloud Zoning Board of Appeals. Tim chaired the St. Cloud Planning Commission in 2005-2006 and currently remains a member of the Planning Commission. In addition, he has been a member of the St. Cloud Area Planning Organization for the past 10 years.
Tim was an Adjunct Professor of Business Law at St. John's University in 1996, 2002-2005. He is a current member of the Stearns/Benton Bar Association, the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association and the Minnesota Bar Association.
Tim practices in the areas of Employment Law, Civil Litigation, Business Law, Collections and Probate.
