Ms. El Fadel is a junior associate at the firm. Ms. El Fadel graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2007 with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Social Science. Ms. El Fadel received her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law School and graduated summa cum laude. Ms. El Fadel was the Notes and Comments Editor for Nova Law Review and Moot Court's Chairperson for Problem Research and Development.
Ms. El Fadel is licensed to practice law in Florida and New Jersey. Before working at K/S Law, Ms. El Fadel was a clinical intern for Liberty Mutual Group. There she acquired knowledge of the insurance defense industry, working as in-house counsel. Prior to that Ms. El Fadel received a clerkship as the Judicial Intern to Judge Renee Goldenberg, Broward County Circuit Civil Division.
Ms. El Fadel's primary focus at the firm is civil litigation, foreclosure defense, personal injury cases, product liability, business disputes, collections and breach of contract disputes.
On her free time Ms. El Fadel enjoys reading, going to the movies and doing hot yoga.
