Ms. Estevez is responsible of assisting the firm's attorneys with all matters pertaining to the real estate practice of the firm, including residential, commercial, and industrial transactions from beginning to end. This includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms and conditions of contracts and lease agreements; processing, closing, post-closing and overseeing the proper disbursement to all real estate transactions; preparation of various pertinent documents such as loan documents, conveyance documents, settlement statements, and title policies; preparing various IRS forms in connection with our client’s disposition of real property.

She also assists the firm's attorneys with corporate matters in drafting and reviewing asset purchase and sale agreements, gathering and reviewing due diligence materials, research of the business assets and preparation of all closing documents.
