Jill Eshman’s areas of expertise include real estate, land use, business law and estate planning. Jill is admitted and licensed to practice in both California and Idaho.
In California, Jill worked as an associate attorney at two of the largest and well-respected top tier firms in the US, Mayer, Brown & Platt and Loeb & Loeb. Jill’s expertise in business law and finance was refined in her work as counsel in the business banking legal affairs section of the Mercantile National Bank. During Jill's tenure at Mercantile National Bank, her article "Bank Financing of a Motion Picture" was published in the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Journal.
Admitted in the State of Idaho, Jill has extensive experience as a mediator in a number of real estate and business transactions. Her mediation skills were apparent as the sole hearing examiner for Blaine County, a position she held for four years. In Ketchum, Jill also worked as an associate attorney for Lawson and Laski, PLLC.
In December 2005, Jill opened her own legal practice, building on her previous legal experience in Los Angeles and as Blaine County hearing examiner, to provide advice on land use, real estate transactions, general business and personal estate planning.
