A Mahoning Valley native, Attorney Daniel P. Osman is a graduate of Campbell Memorial High School. He attended Westminster College and received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with a finance concentration. While attending law school, Dan was mediator in juvenile delinquency cases in the Lucas County Juvenile Court. He also served as a mediator in the small claims division of the Toledo Municipal Court. During the summers of 1999 and 2000, Dan was a student intern clerk with the Ohio Seventh District Court of Appeals. In 2001 Dan graduated Cum Laude from the University of Toledo, College of Law.
Since graduating law school, Dan has been as associate with a general practice law firm where he gained experience in a wide range of areas in order to provide comprehensive legal services to every client. In March, 2003, Dan attended a week long trial advocacy program in Knoxville, Tennessee which was sponsored by the American Association for Justice. Upon completion of this program, Dan was made an "advocate" in litigation by the American Association for Justice and the National College of Advocacy.
Dan is a member of the Columbiana County Bar Association, the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, the American Association for Justice, the Ohio State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
